Thermoline high-temperature insulation works on the principle of thermal separation.

Our microporous insulation materials are highly insulating panels,

which offer a previously unattained, extremely high thermal insulation with minimal thickness.

Only point-like transitions are formed between the spherical particles.

The result is very low solid-state conductivity.



What are our Thermoline insulation products made of?

Typically the microporous material consists of inorganic silicates.

The main component is highly dispersed silica.

The remaining ingredients are opacifiers to minimize infrared radiation.



What do Thermoline insulation products do?


Thermoline high temperature insulation has a thermal up to 8 times higher

Insulation performance as conventional insulation materials of the same thickness.
With the same insulating effect, with Thermoline insulation products, for example, layer thicknesses can be reduced by a factor of 8 and weight by a factor of 2 to 15.

This significantly reduces energy consumption.
