TH 1000+/TH 950+ is a microporous thermal insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivities which has a very good insulation capacity. TH 1000+/TH 950+ consists of inorganic an silicate substances. Main component is fumed silica. Other ingredients are opacifiers to minimize infrared radiation and reinforcing glass filaments.TH 1000+/TH 950+ is not flammable and meets the requirements of DIN 4102 of fire class A1.



TH Profil K+ is a microporous thermal insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivites, which has a very good insulation capacity. 

TH Profil K+ consists of inorganic an silicate substances. Main component is fumed silica. Other ingredients are opacifiers to minimize infrared radiation and reinforcing glass filaments. TH Profil K+ is not flammable and meets the requirements of DIN 4102 of fire class A1. Thanks to our special manufacturing process we are able to produce highly effective insulation in very complex shapes even for the smallest space. Those insulations are suitable for a temperature range of application of up to 1100°C after coating.

TH Flex is a microporous thermal insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivities which has a very good insulation capacity.

TH Flex consists of inorganic an silicate substances. Main component is fumed silica. Other ingredients are opacifiers to minimize infrared radiation and reinforcing glass filaments. TH Flex is not flammable and meets the requirements of DIN 4102 of fire class A1.

Operating temperature range of TH Flex is up to 950°C and TH Flex+ up to 1100°C.

TH Pipe is not flammable and meets the requirements of DIN 4102 of fire class A1. Because of our specially developed pipe-connection-system for the industry our isolation is usable for any kind of industrial pipes with almost no temperature loss. The outer skin of TH Pipe can be made in stainless steel, aluminium, aluminum foil, alu fabric, glass fleece and fabric according to customer requirements.

TH Keramik 1100+ is a two-component inorganic coating made of phyllosilicates, water, inorganic binders and less than 5% of anorganic additive. 

TH Keramik 1100+ is not flammable and can be used up to 1100°C. It is mainly used with the product TH Profil K+. Our coated products are very easy to handle and help to reduce abrasion. Prevention of dusty surfaces and increased edge protection are achieved.
