TH 1000+ / TH 950+ is a microporous thermal insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivity, which has very good insulation capacity. TH 1000+ / TH 950+ consists of inorganic and silicate substances. The main component is fumed silica. TH Profil K+

TH Profil K+ is a microporous thermal insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivity, which has very good insulation capacity. TH Profil K+ consists of inorganic and silicate substances. The main component is fumed silica. Other components are opacifiers to minimize infrared radiation, and reinforcing glass filaments. Our special manufacturing process allows us to produce highly effective insulation in very complex shapes, even for the smallest spaces. These insulations are suitable for operating temperatures up to 1100°C after coating.

For reasons of flexibility, TH Flex+ is sealed into a PA/PE composite film system.

TH Keramik 1100+

TH Keramik 1100+ is a two-component, inorganic coating made of phyllosilicates, water and inorganic binders, as well as less than 5% of an organic additive.

Our TH Keramik 1100+ is primarily used with the TH Profil K+ product. Our coated products are very easy to work with and contribute to a reduction in abrasion. Furthermore, TH Keramik 1100+ achieves an avoidance of dusty surfaces and increased edge protection.


TH Keramik 1100+ is non-flammable and can be used up to 1100°C.
